Is Your Number Up?

With the recent change in addressing by the county, all residences in Westmoreland County should have a designated house number on a valid street/road/lane etc.  No longer are directions given by "go past where leroy shot the deer 3 years ago and hang a left at the "Mail Pouch Tobacco" barn."

To our responders it is ever so important that your designated house number be posted on the front of your home or business in numbers LARGE enough for responders to see from the street.  If your residence sits back a lane it is imperative that the lane be marked with the appropriate name as well as the numbers of the residence(s) back that lane, as well as on the front of the home or business.

To assist our public in assisting us, please contact any firefighter of Fairfield Township Vol. Fire Co for more information on this, as well as to purchase reflective signs for your residence and lane. 

These signs are a great asset to us, they let us know where you are!

Signs are $15 and can be picked up at the fire station by appointment.
