FTVFC units assisted with a working brush fire on Boone Hollow Rd in Ligonier Twp. Multiple crews worked to extinguish the fire.

Fire units activated for a male patient who fell from a tree stand and suffered back pain. No extrication was needed. EMS arrived and assumed patient care.

FTVFC units along with EMS and the Rescue from New Florence VFD were activated for a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident on Rt 711 near Sowers Tire Company. Units found the patient at a residence in that area.

FTVFC units activated for an AED response, male patient unresponsive on Ross Mt. Park Rd in Fairfield Twp. Deputy 111 on the scene with a patient that is now conscious, no need for AED. Units continued in and assisted the Medic unit with care and extrication.

Units were requested to a residence on Rt 711 in FF Twp. Deputy 111 direct and on scene with no obvious conditions outside. Investigation advising smoke from cooking set the alarm off. No need for Fire Units.

FTVFC and Wilpen VFD were activated to Fort Palmer Estates Rd in Fairfield Twp for a reported Brush Fire. Chief 111 on the scene with approx. 2 acres involved behind the residences. No structures endangered.

Units were activated for a dryer fire at a residence on Hanna Rd in Fairfield Twp. Bolivar, New Florence and Wilpen FD's to assist. Asst 111(Stiffler) on scene and quickly controlled the fire with multiple extinguishers.

Requested to assist the PSP units with a 4 wheel drive unit, no further information available. Attack 111 responded and staged where requested by PSP. There was no further assistance requested by PSP for Fire Crews.

Units activated to an AFA on Stiffler Rd in Fairfield Twp. Lt 111-2 on the scene advising a strong down draft into there wood burner caused the system to activate. No fire and no need for ventilation by FC.

Crews were activated for a structure fire on Patterson Rd in Fairfield Twp. Bolivar, Wilpen, Waterford and New Florence Fire Companies activated to assist. Lt 111-2 and Deputy 111 on the scene of a residence that is fully involved and mostly to the ground.

EMS was on the scene of an ill person with unknown cause. Fire Companies requested to check for any signs of CO poisoning. Attack 111 and Attack 45(Wilpen VFD) are on the scene and multiple readings by multiple sensors reveal no signs of CO.

FTVFC units along with Wilpen VFD were activated to assist at an AFA at a residence on Baileys Rd in FF Twp. Engine 111 responded and arrived on the scene with the homeowner and caretaker who are now also advising that they are having a CO alarm as well.

FTVFC activated for an AED response for a male pt who is unresponsive in the driveway of a residence on Rt 259. EMS was on a standby for Ligonier EMS and arrived prior to FC personnel. Pt is awake and alert, and EMS is assessing the patient.

Requested to assist EMS with lifting. Chief 111 direct as well as Attack 111 responding. Crews assisted EMS with extrication from the residence and into the ambulance. FC released.

FTVFC units responded to MVC on Rt 711 near Wilpen Rd. Car 4-74 in the area advised no injuries but requested traffic control in the area. Attack 111 responded and assisted with traffic control until the vehicle could be removed from the area.

As a result of the cold blast that has been going through and the large amount of ice, FTVFC requested to assist EMS with extrication of a patient from a residence on Love Hollow Rd. EMS is unable to access the residence due to the long steep driveway and the ice.
