FTVFC units assisted with a working brush fire on Boone Hollow Rd in Ligonier Twp. Multiple crews worked to extinguish the fire.

Fire units activated for a male patient who fell from a tree stand and suffered back pain. No extrication was needed. EMS arrived and assumed patient care.

Fairfield Twp units were activated for a small tire/rubbish fire at a residence along the Wilpen Rd in the Twp. Units responded, Engine, Tanker and Attack 111 emergently. Asst 111 (Stiffler) found a small unattended rubbish fire with minimal exposures.

FTVFC units were activated for a reported Chimney Fire at a residence on Caulfield's Rd in FF Twp. Companies from New Florence, Bolivar, Waterford, Wilpen and additional tankers from Seward and Darlington responded.

Responded to Rt 711 south in Fairfield Twp for a reported tree down. Units responded nonemergency to find a small limb on the roadway. The debris was cleared and all units returned in service.

FTVFC units were activated for an AED response at the gas well site on Hypocrite Creek Rd in FF Twp. Attack 111 responded to find co-workers directing us to the patient. He is currently awake and alert, no need for AED.

Responding with Waterford VFD(44) as a result of them having 2 calls at the same time, Attack 111 responded to a crash on Rt 271 near the top. Deputy 111 in the area responded just behind E44 who crewed up and also responded.

During our clean up from the previous call, we were activated for a tree down blocking the roadway on Rt 259 in the area of Laughner Rd in Fairfeild Twp. Attack 111 responded with 3, and a crew of 3 in quarters, to find a tree branch that had fallen off and blocked the road.

FTVFC units responded to a possible vehicle fire involving a box truck on Rt 711 on Brown's Hill. Chief 111 on the scene prior to units responding to find a gas well truck that had overheated. No fire, no need for Fire units.

Attack 111 responded to a transformer fire at a residence on Ross Mt. Park Rd in FF Twp. Crews arrived to find a tree limb had come down on the transformer causing the fire. Limb burned thru and then fell on the neutral line causing arching.

At a residence on Hypocrite Creek Rd in FF Twp, an Automatic Fire Alarm was activating. Units from Bolivar VFC(89), Wilpen VFD(45), New FlorenceVFD(46) as well as Tankers from Waterford VFD(44) and Seward VFD(47) were also activated to assist.

During the previous incident, Captain 111 came across a vehicle accident involving a deer. Captain 111 requested Attack 111 respond for fluids on the roadway. Attack 111 responded to find a vehicle that struck a deer with moderate front end damage and fluids leaking from the vehicle.
