FTVFC units assisted with a working brush fire on Boone Hollow Rd in Ligonier Twp. Multiple crews worked to extinguish the fire.

Fire units activated for a male patient who fell from a tree stand and suffered back pain. No extrication was needed. EMS arrived and assumed patient care.

Several units were activated to assist FTVFC units on a reported structure fire on the Wilpen Rd. Multiple calls to 911 and some reporting a possible controlled burn. Chief 111 (Stiffler) enroute direct.

Units were activated to a crash on the Creek Rd near Midget Camp Rd in Fairfield Twp. Bolivar VFC(89) and New Florence(46) Rescue were activated to assist. Lt 111-3 Nixon on the scene with two vehicles involved, one patient to be transported.

As a result of wires coming down on a residence that were live and possibly causing the house to catch on fire, a structure fire alarm was sent out for a residence on 10th st in New Florence Boro. Tanker 111 reponsded with 2 personnel and then cancelled enroute by Chief 46.

As a result of the High Winds and Storm that continued throughout the day. FTVFC units handled several documented trees and wires down in the area as well as several additional trees that were taken care of during the day.

Units were activated to respond to vehicle crash with unknown injuries on Rt 711 near Wilpen Rd in Fairfield Twp. Lt 111-3 (Nixon) enroute direct with Attack 111 enroute with 4. Chief 44 and Lt 111 arrive to find one vehicle involved and 4 patients, no entrapment.

FTVFC units, along with Clyde VFD(137) and New Florence VFD(46) were activated to assist Bolivar VFC(89) with a reported garage Fire in West Bolivar area of Fairfield Twp. 911 only recieved one cellphone call on the incident.

Activated to assist Waterford VFD(44) on a vehicle accident unknown injuries on Rt 271 near the top of the mountain. Attack 111 enroute with 3 with a crew of 3 in quarters. During our response, Chief 44 on the scene and advised All units could cancel and Attack 111 returned in service.

Activated initially to respond with our Tanker to an Automatic Fire Alarm at the Red Arrow Lodge in Ligonier Twp off of Austraw Rd. However, as personnel were arriving at station, Lt 42(McDowell) arrived on the scene with a working Structure Fire.

Fairfield Twp units responded with Waterford VFD (44) to assist on an Automatic Fire Alarm on Rock Ridge Farm Ln in FF Twp. Capt 44(Kunkle) was near the area and went direct, Engine 111 and 44 were enroute as well as Asst 111(Stiffler) direct.

FTVFC units activated to respond with our AED to the same residence on Rt 711 as the previous AED response. Attack 111 responded and arrived at the same time as EMS and provided assistance to EMS. No AED was used.

FTVFC units were dispatched to respond with our Automatic External Defibrillator to an unconscious person in a residence in Fairfield Twp. Several units responded direct and Attack 111 responded with 3 personnel with the AED.

FTVFC and Brush 45(Wilpen VFD) were activated to a brush fire in the area of Knupp Rd and Rt 711. Units responded and found a small controlled burn on Knupp Rd that the homeowner was attending to, but no other fire in the area.

Probably the quickest call of the year will be an Automatic Fire Alarm Activation at the Ligonier Township Municipal Building. Units were activated for the alarm and quickly cancelled by Safety 45(Wilpen VFD) and all units placed in service.

Another tree that was across the roadway. Attack 111 responded with a crew of 4 to remove the tree and open the roadway on Knupp Rd. Roadway cleared and units returned in service.

FTVFC units cleared a tree that was across the road on Shirey Rd in the Township. Units cleared and returned safely.

Units activated for a tree down on Midget Camp Rd. Chief 111 direct and Attack in with 4 along with multiple personnel at the scene. Tree is removed with one chainsaw and strong firefighters. Tree is removed and all FTVFC units in service.

Activated on a delay, to assist Bolivar VFC(89) for a reported structure Fire in the village of Robinson. Clyde VFD(137) and New Florence VFD(46) also activated to assist. Engine 111 responded with 3, Tanker with 2 and the attack truck with 4.

FTVFC units along with multiple outside companies on a structure fire assignment responded to a residence on Hypocrite Creek Rd in FF Twp. Chief 111 direct with the command and Engine 111 in with 3 and 6 personnel in quarters.

Activated to assist Bolivar VFC (89) with an electrical fire in a residence. Chief 89 reported the scene is under control and cancelled all outside companies.

Activated to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Rt 711 at Creek Rd in the Township. No units were activated to assist initially due to another incident in Seward Boro. Chief 111(Stiffler) responded direct with the command to find 1 coal truck and 1 car involved and no entrapment.
