FTVFC units assisted with a working brush fire on Boone Hollow Rd in Ligonier Twp. Multiple crews worked to extinguish the fire.

Fire units activated for a male patient who fell from a tree stand and suffered back pain. No extrication was needed. EMS arrived and assumed patient care.

FTVFC units activated for a cover assignment. Units north were assisting at a structure fire in Indiana County. FTVFC units stood by, no calls handled from standby.

FTVFC requested by Bolivar VFD(89) personnel to provide a standby while they covered Blacklick VFD (Indiana Co) district during a large commercial structure fire along Rt 22. Engine 89 returned and all of our units were released.

FTVFC units were dispatched alone to a vehicle crash with no injuries to assist PSP. Attack 111 responded non emergency, to find 1 van that had failed to negotiate the turn onto the bridge and ended up partially down over the bridge.

FTVFC responded to an AFA at the Richmond Farms in FF Twp. Engine and Tanker responded with 6 personnel. Upon arrival, the caretaker is on the scene with an unknown reason why the system activated. Crews assisted the caretaker with confirming no conditions were present.

Activated to assist the Medic Unit with a male patient unconscious on Beauforts Rd. Attack 111 responded with 2 as well as 6 additional members to the scene. Personnel arrived and assisted the Medic Unit.

Dispatched for a tree down on the Creek Rd in Fairfield Twp. Bolivar(89) VFD dispatched as well. Units arrived and cleared the road for emergency vehicles. All units returned in service.

FTVFC units dispatched to investigate an additional tree and wires down in the area of Rt 711 and Thatcher Rd. Crews responded and passed along the information to Allegheny Power again and then secured the area until AP arrived to fix the problem.

For the final call of the night, units were requested to assist the Medic Unit with a lift assist for a female patient who fell. Attack 111 responded and arrived to provide both Medic units with an assist.

While returning from the previous incident, we were flagged down by a passerby reporting that there are wires arching in the area of Rt 711 and Caulfields Rd. Engine 111 set up a safe area and passed along the information to Allegheny Power to report the issue.

For the first of 3 calls in the early morning hours, the FTVFC was activated to assist the PA State Police with a lighting detail. Engine 111 responded with the light tower and met up with PSP in the area of the Fairfield Manor Trailer Court.

FTVFC dispatched to assist New Florence VFD(46) and Seward VFD(47) for a brush fire on Rt 711 in St Clair Twp. Prior to any units from our station leaving, Official 46 advised a controlled burn in that area.

Dispatched for a tanker assist to an AFA in Ligonier Twp on Red Arrow Rd assisting Wilpen VFD(45) and additional Ligonier units. Tanker responded but were cancelled when it was discovered that burnt food set the alarm off.

FTVFC requested to assist EMS with a Landing Zone in the area of Champion Lakes Golf Course for a medical patient needing rapid air medical transportation. Engine 111 responded and established a safe zone for the helicopter to land at the Golf Course.
Tanker 111 only requested to assist New Florence (46) and Seward VFD(47) units with a possible natural gas leak in the area of BIrch St, New Florence Boro. Tanker responded with 2 and then requested to hold at its current location.

Tanker 111 requested to assist Wilpen VFD(45) for an AFA on Robb Rd in Ligonier Twp. Tanker responded with 2. Engine 44 was already on the road and direct to scene and assisted 45 units with incident command and investigation of the residence.

At 1:15 pm on July 26th an alarm went out for a possible trailer fire at 1029 6th street in west bolivar/ Fairfield twp. Upon tanker 89's arrival it was found to be smoke testing of the sewers that filled the trailer with smoke, all units were canceled and minor ventilation was done.

FTVFC units dispatched for a tree down in the area of Wherry Rd on Ross Mt. Park Rd. Units responded in nonemergency mode and removed the hazard from the road. All units returned in service.

Units dispatched for a tree down on Ross Mt. Park Rd near Gross Rd. Waterford VFD(44) dispatched as well. Lt and Asst 44 in the area cleared the tree prior to units from our station could respond. Thanks to the Waterford units for handling the incident.
