FTVFC units assisted with a working brush fire on Boone Hollow Rd in Ligonier Twp. Multiple crews worked to extinguish the fire.

Fire units activated for a male patient who fell from a tree stand and suffered back pain. No extrication was needed. EMS arrived and assumed patient care.

FTVFC was dispatched for an assist to Wilpen VFD(45) for an AFA on Red Arrow Lodge Rd. Tanker 111 requested. Tanker cancelled by 45 official, nothing found.

Due to several crashes in Ligonier Twp on Rt 711, FTVFC requested to move into Wilpen VFD(45) to standby for there coverage area. Engine responded and stood by without any additional calls for a short time.

Our first alarm assignment was activated for possible structure fire on Hypocrite Creek Rd. in the Twp. 911 advised that the caller could not tell for sure what was on fire, just reported a large fire possibly a trailer or tractor.

The FTVFC requested to assist New Florence VFC(46) with an unknown type fire on Rt 711 in St Clair Twp near Boring's Arctic Cat. Prior to units responding, Chief 46 advised to hold in quarters, possible controlled burn.

FTVFC responded to a tree down on the roadway on the Creek Rd. Units responded and opened the roadway for emergency vehicles. PennDOT requested to finish opening the roadway. All units returned without incident.

FTVFC and Bolivar VFC (89) responded to a reported vehicle fire on the Creek Rd, near Beauforts Crossroads. Lt 3 (Nixon) on the scene with a working vehicle fire, no structures endangered and the occupant out safely.

FTVFC was dispatched to an AED/Ambulance Assist on Bridges Rd in FF Twp. Deputy Chief Stiffler responded direct with the assist. Personnel assisted the Medic Unit with the patient care at the scene.

Dispatched to a reported tree down after the thunderstorm rolled through, we responded in the Attack truck to find a small limb that was apparently parlty on the highway. Prior to our arrival, we find that the limb was moved by a responsible passerby.

Dispatched in the early morning hours for an Automatic Fire Alarm at the same residence on Richmond Farms property that we were at several days ago. Deputy Chief Stiffler enroute with the command. Caretaker quickly contacted the OIC and advised that the CO alarm is setting the AFA alarm off again...

FTVFC was dispatched for a tanker assist for a structure fire in Ligonier Twp, assisting Waterford VFD(44) as well as Ligonier(43), Wilpen(45), Darlington(42) and Stahlstown(110). Tanker enroute with 2, but cancelled enroute by 44 Asst, water established at a hydrant within reach of the scene.

Well another ugly windy day here in Westmoreland County. The FTVFC responded to clear the Creek Rd of trees so that emergency vehicles could have access through. Several additional trees were removed on Midget Camp Rd as well.

We were dispatched along with Waterford VFD(44) and Wilpen VFD(45) to an Automatic Fire Alarm at a residence within Richmond Farms Property. Chief 111 direct along with Engine and Tanker 111 with a total of 5.

As a result of a large fire in Indiana County, Our alarm was activated for a standby in our station for Bolivar VFC (89). Once there units became available, they released our equipment. All units in service.

As a result of the high wind storm that swept the edge of our area, we responded to about 10 incidents within Fairfield Twp. Many trees down as well as several areas that had power outtages from wires down.
