Fall from tree stand

Fire units activated for a male patient who fell from a tree stand and suffered back pain. No extrication was needed. EMS arrived and assumed patient care.

Responding with our Tanker only for a reported House Fire in NF Boro, across from the UniMart. Quick update reports working fire. Tanker in with 2. 2 story residential fire with fire blowing through the windows of one room of the second story.

Responding with 89(Bolivar) and a Tanker from 45(Wilpen) to Hirsch Rd for a Fire Alarm. Deputy 111 has the command, Engine 111 in with 3. Arrival to find no obvious conditions from the exterior of a large horse stables that has an apartment built into the facility.

As a result of the wind and rain, we were dispatched to wires down in the area of Rt 259 and Hammil School Rd near the Chestnut Ridge Community Center. Attack 111 proceeded with Deputy having the command.

Responding alone to the same area as previous. 911 reports that one car is in the water with occupants. Attack 111 enroute with 3. Upon arrival, found a passenger car out of the water and no one around the car.

Responding alone to a reported car in the water on Midget Camp Rd. Which was flooded over due to the Storm that was coming through. 911 reports that one car in the water, the occupant got out and walked to the Fairfield Twp Supervisors Building.

Station 111 dispatched to a tree down on the roadway on Creek Road at Keipers Curve. Attack 111 enroute with a crew of 4. Squad crew held in station by Creek Road IC. Tree is removed and roadway is opened.

Station 111 dispatched to an MVC at Rt 711 and Church Camp Road. This incident was called in by an EMS portable unit who was involved and stated that he was at Rt 711 at the church camp. He is stating also that he is injured.

Training with Seward VFD

On the Evening of the 22nd, we participated in a Joint Training with Seward VFD, station 47. We went over each apparatus and equipment carried. Personnel from each department endured the cold, but now have a better idea what is carried by each department.

Training night in Bolivar and Ligonier

On Monday, during our normal training night, we were split between a Bucks County Ground Ladder refresher class in Bolivar and a Thermal Imaging Camera overview in Ligonier. Engine 111 moved to Bolivar with several members and participated in the ladder class with equipment used off of E111.
