During the continuous severe down pours, several roadways were flooded as a result of road drains not being able to handle the water.  Large debris covered the roadway making the roads difficult to travel. 

PennDOT officials were already on the scene and assessing the drainage issues.  A front loader was also enroute to assist with the debris on the roads. 

As this is a PennDOT issue, there is no need for the FD, all units responded to station for standby.  Units released once the storm passed through.
