Donation Wall Order Form

Fairfield Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 accepts $50.00 donations for a 4 inch by 8 inch brick which is then engraved with your name and/or a personal message up to three lines of 19 spaces each (includes characters, punctuation, dashes and ampersands). Bricks are installed twice a year - in July and September - in our donor wall outside the fire station.

Fairfield Township Volunteer Fire Company reserves the right to refuse any brick request per their description. If you have questions about this program, please contact us.
